WWW- Playboy Enterprises has filed a lawsuit against three Chinese companies to protect its famous bunny logo, according to a report from the state-run news organization China Daily.
Playboy has reportedly accused the three companies of trademark infringement for making shirts with logos similar to its signature trademark. One of the firms is Hong Kong-based Pearlboy Group, whose name in Chinese means “new playboy.” Playboy has asked that Pearlboy to stop using its logo and change its Chinese name, according to the Chinese news service.
