Los Angeles- Playboy Playmate Nicole Lenz has kissed and made up with Bijou Phillips, but she’s still gunning for Band-Aid heiress Casey Johnson.
You may remember that, in June, Lenz filed a $1 million slander and battery lawsuit in which she alleged that Phillips had called her “a thief” and “a whore,” not to mention punching her “in the face with a closed fist and violently pull[ing] her hair” at an MTV party.
The L.A. Superior Court complaint also contended that Johnson, the daughter of Jets’ owner Woody Johnson, joined Phillips in “conspiring” to “irreparably harm her reputation” by planting newspaper stories falsely claiming that Lenz attacked Phillips at the club and stole more than $750,000 in jewelry from Johnson’s house.
Lenz has now filed an amended complaint in which she seeks a judge’s approval of a confidential settlement with Phillips, the actress and daughter of the late Mamas and the Papas singer John Phillips.
But she isn’t letting up on Johnson. In the same motion, she alleges that her former roommate hired a private eye, Mark Goebel, to break into Lenz’s home and take snapshots of her diary.
The complaint, which accuses Johnson and Goebel of trespassing and invasion of privacy, says Johnson has been trying to embarrass Lenz by showing friends pictures of the diary.
Lenz further alleges that “private investigators have been following [her] around Los Angeles and attempting to ‘dig up dirt’ on her, ultimately with the hopes of pressuring Lenz into dropping this lawsuit against Johnson,” according to the complaint.
Lenz’s lawyer, Paul Berra, declined to comment, as did Goebel. Johnson’s lawyer, Kerry Garvis Wright, didn’t return calls.
