RICHMOND, Calif. - A Richmond porn actress charged with raping a 15-year-old boy and convincing him to run away from home will soon be extradited to California from Oklahoma, her lawyer said.

Genevieve Elise Silva, 20, could return to California within 10 days to face charges of rape using a controlled substance, statutory rape and detaining or concealing a child, Oakland defense lawyer Ivan Golde said Wednesday.

Silva, who authorities said appears in several X-rated videos available for sale on the Internet, was arrested Dec. 28 at her mother's house in Kiowa County, Okla., but had been fighting extradition to California, authorities said.

The Contra Costa Sheriff's Department eventually issued a so-called "governor's warrant" that requires the approval of the governors of both states to extradite a person charged in a crime.

Richmond police accuse Silva of giving the El Sobrante boy ecstasy and methamphetamine during sexual encounters and persuading him to move to Oklahoma with her over the summer.

The two met through Silva's brother, who attended De Anza High School in Richmond with the alleged victim.Police learned of the alleged abuse after the boy's father located him and checked him into a drug rehabilitation facility where he revealed the relationship.

During the investigation, police said they found pornographic pictures of Silva on a Web site that included advertisements for several X-rated videos that feature her.
