From the LA Times, May 5, 2004: "Roxx and James shot their first sex scene in Montreal and their second in the San Fernando Valley a week after he had returned from a Brazilian porn shoot. In keeping with what pornographers say are the demands of the market, all three scenes were shot without condoms, and two involved high-risk anal sex with multiple partners."

Though Darren James has been the designated fall-guy, maybe we'll never know who Patient Zero was in that break out. This we do know. The Montreal shoot was February, 2004. The Porn Valley shoot in which James was alleged to have infected Roxx was April, 2004. The Brazilian shoot was one week before the Porn Valley shoot. Is it possible that the shoot in Montreal where, from what I gather, no testing information was exchanged, was the culprit? Is it also possible that James may have picked up the virus elsewhere than the Brazilian shoot which has been the commonly accepted story?
