from www.thesun.co.uk – A Porn channel glamour model has admitted conning the taxpayer — by claiming carer’s allowance for her dad even though they lived 100 miles apart.

Busty blonde Lori Buckby, 25, raked in the benefits, despite regularly earning up to £4,000 a month appearing on TV channel Babestation.

She pocketed the money, claiming she was looking after her sick dad who suffered a stroke in 2005.

Her original claim was valid, but she failed to tell the Department for Work and Pensions that she had moved away from the family home in Leicester and was no longer his main carer.

She illegally claimed about £2,500 in carer’s allowance from August 2008 to June 2009.

Buckby, who regularly posts naked webcam shows for her legions of male fans, has been ordered to pay the money back.

Eve Macatonia, prosecuting, told South Western Magistrates Court in south London: “Ms Buckby initially claimed carer’s allowance in 2006 on the basis she was caring for her father.

“Ms Buckby submitted a review claim form in April 2009 claiming she was not employed and has not been for the last six months.

“But in fact she was working as a television presenter for Babestation TV on average between five and six days a week and her wage was between £2,000 and £4,000 a month depending on how many hours she worked.”

Ms Macatonia said Buckby should have informed the benefits office of the change in her circumstances.

Buckby appeared in court with hardly any make-up on and wearing black leggings, a white top and a navy coat.

She pleaded guilty to one count of failing to notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change in her circumstances.

She told magistrates: “I am very sorry. It will never happen again.

“I am so remorseful. I will do anything I have to put this right.”

Anne Crossfield, defending, said the model’s stepmother had filled in the forms on her behalf and Buckby had signed them.

Ms Crossfield said her client realised this was “an entirely ill-advised” way to conduct her affairs.

Buckby, from Battersea, south London, was bailed until next Thursday, when she is due to be sentenced.

The total overpayment to her was £2,406.45 which she has now started paying back.

Buckby was supported in court by her boyfriend.
