from www.wtam.com – (Painesville) – The Lake County Coroner has confirmed to Newsradio WTAM 1100 that they have received the body of Christopher Beller.

The Lake County Coroner isn’t saying how Beller died, but reveals an autopsy will be done. The 48 year old Concord Township man was charged with rape and domestic violence.

Beller pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting his son’s 14 year old friend at a party on New Years Eve. Investigators claim Beller had supplied teens at the party with alcohol, and was spotted having sex with the girl in a bedroom.

Beller was released from jail on bond after being arrested and charged and arraigned for rape and domestic violence. He pleaded not guilty.

Lake County investigators claim Beller allowed his underage son to have a party new year’s eve and supplied the teenagers will alcohol.

Cops say Beller was later seen by some of the partygoers having sex with a 14-year-old girl in his bedroom, and when Beller’s son found out what was happening they got into a fight.

When deputies showed up to the home on Ridgeview trail around 5am they reported finding the girl unresponsive and naked outside the home. She was taken to the hospital.
