LOS ANGELES – “Circa ’82,” the newest movie from Vivid-Alt, will be in stores on Monday, June 9th. Directed by acclaimed erotic photographer/director Dave Naz, the movie embodies the defiant spirit of the early 80s punk scene.

The movie focuses on the disenchanted youth of the 80s, as they embrace a world where punk ruled and the most important things in life were sex and music. There are ‘no parents, no school, no rules’ as the sexy Ashley Blue runs rampant. She is joined by Lexi Belle, Sasha Grey, Madison Young and newcomer Maya Hills. The girls experiment in a multitude of raw sex scenes with Tony T, Daniel, Julius Ceazher, Alex Gonz and Jenner.

“Everything was so fresh and exciting — the girls, the clothes, the energy and the anger of the music,” says director Naz. “It was music with attitude and the Reagan administration helped make this possible. It was rebellion! F the Government!!!”

“Circa ’82” shows off period décor and the cast is dressed in an entirely vintage wardrobe, which combines traditional 80s styles with the edgy style of punk rock.

The DVD includes a behind-the-scenes feature with Ashley Blue, who also helped write the screenplay, and has a blazin’ soundtrack which showcases classic anthems of the hardcore punk band, Circle Jerks. The movie features an appearance by the band’s founder, Keith Morris, along with other punk legends such as Don Bolles (Germs, .45 Grave) and Jim Lane of Killroy.

“I think it’s quite a coup for us to get the music of the Circle Jerks on the soundtrack of this movie,” declares Eon McKai, head of Vivid-Alt and founder of the alt porn movement.
