Dallas- Rick’s Cabaret International Inc., a publicly traded chain of gentlemen’s clubs, said it is opening the largest nude bar in Texas – a 25,000 square foot, two-story expanse off Stemmons Freeway near Dallas’ Love Field.

The club, which opens Thursday under the company’s XTC Cabaret banner, will include an executive level with skyboxes and plasma TV screens for viewing sports events, the Houston-based company said.

Because the club is located in a “dry” precinct, it will not serve alcohol, but patrons can bring their own, a spokesman said.

The new club takes the place of the former Executive Club, a private adult club, at 8550 North Stemmons Freeway, which Rick’s bought last April. The company also operates Club Onyx in Dallas and a Rick’s Cabaret in Fort Worth.

Altogether, it owns, operates or licenses 19 adult clubs in cities including Houston, New Orleans, New York and Miami.

Revenue in 2008 was nearly $60 million, up from $32 million in 2007 and $24 million in 2006, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission
