On his show Tuesday afternoon, Rob Black got on the subject of Bill Asher, calling him a “genius.”

“He took Vivid to the prominence,” explained Black.

“We all look at Steven Hirsch. Steven Hirsch was basically the same man that had an office on Califa St. where he stole money from his dad Freddie Hirsch and was basically who he was until Bill Asher came up with the greatest scam in the world, and that was to fleece Playboy out of a cable channel they thought was worthless.

“They made $50M and Bill Asher is the CEO of Vivid Entertainment. Bill Asher’s a goddamn genius.”
