From www.hollyscoop.com- Rob Lowe has just won the legal battle against his former nanny Laura Boyce who alleged that he and his wife used to walk around the house in the nude. She also said that Sheryl used to talk about Laura’s boyfriend’s penis size.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Maureen Duffy-Lewis on Friday denied Boyce’s request to dismiss the Lowe’s breach-of-contract suit against her. She also rejected Boyce’s claim that the agreement infringed upon her first amendment rights.

Rob and Sheryl filed a complaint against the former nanny back in April of last year, alleging breach of contract, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and intentional misrepresentation.

This win for Rob is expected to set a precedent for celebrities and confidentiality agreements, and will allow them to continue to conduct their private lives the way they want to without having to worry about getting sued.

The Lowe’s are going forward with their lawsuit against Boyce and two other ex-employees, claiming they’re victims of an attempted extortion scheme led by another former nanny, Jessica Gibson.

These nannies obviously just wanted money from the Lowe’s and figured they could cry wolf and quietly get paid off. Good thing the judge saw past it!
