Romanian Pornstar Alina Plugaru: Porn Is about Feeling Not about Money

[www.novinite.com]- Interview with Romanian porn actress Alina Plugaru during her participation at Eros Show 2009, Sofia, March 25-28, 2009

Q: You probably get asked that a lot doing what you do, but how did you start with port movies?

A: When I was 18 years old, and someone I knew told me, “Now you have turned 18. What do you think about porno?” I said I thought it was something nice, something I liked. This person than said: “OK, I get you work in porn, do you want it?” At that moment, I was drinking, and I said, “Yeah of course”… Then, two days later I went to this person’s office, and they played a video of me, and said, “You see what you are doing here?”, and I said, “No, I don’t do that, never”. Then at first I just made one scene, just to see how it was, and how it works. And it worked out well for me. I liked it.

Q: How long have you been doing porn?

A: I’ve been doing it for three years.

Q: How does your family react to what you do?

A: I don’t have any problem with them. My family supports me, and I don’t have that kind of problem.

Q: Still, what sort of reaction do you get when you tell people, strangers what you do?

A: In my country, in Romania, I don’t have problems, everybody knows me there. It is something nice there.

Q: Have you ever worked with someone from Bulgaria?

A: No, and this is the first time I come here. I think Sofia is a nice city.

Q: This sort of industry is pretty big in Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, but not in Bulgaria? Why do you think that is?

A: Because the girls here are not so open-minded; also the population does not have the right mentality. I think this is why. In Romania, the porno is something nice. You make love, what is the problem? If feel like doing it, it is alright.

Q: Still, what is the difference between Bulgaria and Romania in this respect?

A: The atmosphere at this show, for example, is very, very nice, it’s very good. It is just that I don’t hear about porno here. Its considered very OK for men, not for women.

Q: What do you say to those who think porn is immoral?

A: People often ask me how much money I make for one scene. I never tell because everyone thinks all the girls do this only for money. In porn, it’s not about the money. Its about feeling. You must feel what you do. You must feel it right.

Q: So is this what you like the most about your job?

A: Yes, and I am also a journalist, I work in TV and radio, and all that.

Q: So you are doing this only because you like it?

A: Yes, I am doing this only because I feel it is something I like. If you do something you don’t like, that’s no good.
