UK- Porn star Ron Jeremy has cancelled his appearance at the Oxford Union at the last moment.
Jeremy, who has starred in over one thousand adult movies, was due to give a speech at the Union concerning "a technological product" but has delayed the visit.
He was set to join an illustrious set of speakers who have included Malcolm X and the Dalai Lama. Neither is he the first porn star to speak at the Union, in 2002 actress Jenna Jameson delivered a speech about the benefits of porn.
A spokesman for the Oxford Union said: "I am completely confident that he will be at the union within the next three months."
The Union has hosted speakers for over 180 years and is part of Oxford University.
