NY- A co-owner of the skin mecca Scores stabbed a Brooklyn man after his cronies pulled the victim out of a taxi early yesterday near the strip joint's West Side location, police said.

Bekir Balaban told the Daily News he was out with four friends in Chelsea when Elliott Osher spied him outside Scores West's rear exit on W. 27th St. Balaban, a former Scores doorman who said he is good friends with a bitter business rival of Osher, said the bare-babe magnate came after him with a half-dozen henchmen in tow.

"I saw Elliott come out of the club with five or six people who were eyeballing me," Balaban, 38, said from his hospital bed. "One of them shouted 'pull out your knife,' and I saw Elliott pull a finger across his neck, gesturing like I was dead.

"I got into a cab, but one of them climbed in beside me and grabbed my ankle as I tried to get out.

"I fell on the ground and Elliott came toward me with a 5-inch blade and jabbed me at least six or seven times. It was totally unprovoked."

The attack took place just after midnight on Tenth Ave. and W. 27th St., outside the ritzy nightclub Marquee.Balaban, who once worked at the east side Scores, suffered four stab wounds, including a deep gash on his left arm and another in his back that punctured his left lung.

He escaped by fighting his way to his feet and climbing into a cab which took him to St. Vincent's Hospital. Doctors sewed him up with 30 sutures, he said.

Osher was arrested shortly after the stabbing and winked to photographers as he was escorted in handcuffs from the 10th Precinct stationhouse to Manhattan Criminal Court.

He was due to be arraigned last night on charges of first-degree assault.

Two other men are being sought in connection with the attack, police said.

This is the Osher family's second run-in with the law this year. Elliott's brother Harvey, director of Scores, and the club's co-owner, Richard Goldring, were indicted in February on charges of cheating the government out of $3.1 million by filing false business records and tax returns.
