Sechrest Opens Lynn LeMay Controversy; Editor Sonny Malone Claims She Was Stiffed

Porn Valley- On his KSEX show Friday night, Jason Sechrest, www.jasoncurious.com opened, if not a can of worms, certainly a can of Ralph's pork luncheon meat.

Sechrest brought up the name of Sonny Malone, noting that Malone's one of the biggest editors in the business and has her own Wikipedia page, obviously, to prove it. Malone who at one time was employed by Vivid has been doing projects for Playboy and ClubJenna.

According to Sechrest, he learned from Malone that she wasn't being paid for work she had done for Lynn LeMay and that her company Le Mayzing Enterprises, www.lemayzing.com owed Malone thousands of dollars.

Sechrest brings up the name of Bud Lee [who's now with LeMayzing] as if this adds tone to the conspiracy portrait. Lee, truth be told, has been in the middle of his own financially-related controversies over the years.

But this is where I had to jump in because I was covering Jason's show to recap it. I told Jason about a phone chat I had maybe a month ago with LeMay in which she was inquiring if I knew of any video editors. And she explained why. LeMay's version of the story is that Malone hadn't finished any projects- which started in February- and LeMay was growing panicky because she had to have finished product to make a distribution deal.

Malone's version of the story- or at least the way Sechrest renders it- is that she supplied LeMay with finished product but that the stuff LeMay shot had been turned down by seven distributors so far and LeMay wasn't coughing up.

Adding texture to what might be a very interesting story, is the fact that Powder left KSEX to take a job with LeMay a couple of weeks ago- and one of his duries over there is editing. Cleaning up Malone's business? Who knows. But then Jason went on to say that he started off doing P.R. for LeMay but the deal ended when she didn't pay him a second time after giving him one month in advance.

On behalf Of Lynn, I told Sechrest that she was an advertiser and that I had no problems with her at all, and that Powder even announced on KSEX [where he still has a show] a couple of weeks ago how LeMay advanced him his salary when he ran into some unexpected expenses.
