Tran has been ducking Bunz after cancelling an American Express Card payment.

In the Superior Court Division H of the Van Nuys Courthouse, Wanted List Inc. owned by Anh Tran, appealed a previously decided verdict in favor of Flashpoint Productions.

The defendant Anh Tran claimed that his company was simular to E-bay or Netflixs.

Sandy Bunz then asked Anh Tran, “How can you compare your company with Netflix or E-bay, when those companies pay their bills, are honest and do not cancel charges on their American Express cards after they receive goods?”

Tran was tongue-tied with a smirk on his face.

Sandy Bunz then rested his case and the Honorable Judge Frank Johnson affirmed the judgement for the plaintiff Flashpoint.
