SARASOTA, FL. - from www.mysuncoast.com - Sarasota Police are investigating a series of robberies at local adult video stores.
Two local businesses, The X-Factor (1940 12th St.) and XTC Super Center (2092 17th St.) have been robbed a total of three times since July 16, and it is believed that the same perpetrator is responsible for each of these robberies.
The suspect is believed to be a white male in his 20's to 30 years of age, between 5'10"-6'1", 185-200 lbs, and was wearing a mask during the robberies. He was armed with a handgun during each of the robberies.
The suspect is believed to be driving the pictured white Dodge commercial-type van.
