Porn Valley- Even on Super Bowl Sunday porno drama never ceases. I spoke to DK this morning. He tells me that he's finally had it with Venus- this over a number of different issues. I tell DK, look, I've heard stories over the years that he was taking her money and that it was the other way around. This is when DK decided to unload, telling me his relationship with Venus has finally come to an end. "She's gone out on the deep end."

DK begins citing a number of things to support his contention, talks about drugs, things like that. "I stood by her side line nobody in this business," he says. "She just stepped all over me."

DK tells me LA Direct has also fired her. "They fired her like this past week- took her down from their website." DK said he had talked to Mike Sullivan, Sullivan supposedly telling him that Venus had a lot of problems during AEE. DK is also talking about an incident in Europe where Venus apparently lost DK's cameras.

"I loaned her my video camera and my still digital camera," says DK. "She lost it in Barcelona, claiming she left them in her hotel room.

"First she blamed it on [Mark] Spiegler," DK is telling me. "Oh, Spiegler, he must have taken them. Why would Spiegler take my cameras? He knew they were my cameras and he and I have a positive rapport." DK then goes on to say that, at the time when he, DK, became Venus' business manager, Spiegler would call him wanting to know about Venus. "Like I'm doing his work." DK says he's never been this angry before. "I'm going to let it all out."

DK claims that when he repped Venus, she paid him but never did so with Spiegler. "I did a lot for Venus but for some reason she refused to pay Spiegler." DK's claiming that Venus would have to fuck Spiegler, a notion I find hard to believe because I just interviewed Spiegler who claimed that only once did he get involved with one of his girls and it wasn't Venus.

"But he [Spiegler] was ready to fuck in exchange for the fact that she wouldn't pay him," DK claims. "It blew my mind. Because, I'm, like, you need to get laid that bad that you'd rather get laid by Venus every week than get paid? He put a lot of money in Venus' pocket. He got her a lot of work. He got her that gig in Europe. That blew up. He [Spiegler] claims that he fired her because she was out fucking everybody in Europe without a condom- guys that weren't in the business." And Venus wasn't waking up in time for projects Spiegler had her booked for, according to DK.

"He [Spiegler] also said she was getting high, staying out all night and was totally out of control."

In the mean time, DK claims he was back in California taking care of Venus' house and her kid. "She was supposed to send me money to pay her rent and pay me as a business manager," says DK. "She didn't do that. As a result she almost lost the house she was leasing. She got two month's behind on her rent but I'm the reason she didn't get kicked out. I went and talked to the owners and built a rapport with them. They were really taken back that I was very honest with them in working things out and making things happen."

DK also claims that he personally handled Venus' tax information and got it in order, claiming that Venus was behind on her taxes. DK says when Venus came back from Europe the first thing he asked her about was his cameras. "She's, like, ah, Spiegler must have them. I asked her why Spiegler would have them. She's, like, I don't know." DK called Spiegler just to ask, any way. Spiegler told him he didn't have no stinkin' cameras.

DK says he probably would never have volunteered this information had it not been for the fact that Venus was "ungrateful". DK says he'd baby sit her kid, her kid being in some "high class" private school. However DK is saying that school officials have never been able to talk to Venus.

"She's never come into the office to speak to them." DK is claiming that school officials have dealt with him instead. "She would never take their calls- she would avoid all their calls. I'm taking all the calls from school. I'm speaking up for her and telling the school she's a big time actress and model. She travels all over the world." As a reason to explain this behavior, DK is saying that Venus just tends to avoid confrontations.

DK says Venus just tried calling her earlier today. "To bitch and complain because I won't return her calls. I won't talk to her any more. I'm done." According to what Venus is also telling DK, nobody in the business likes him. DK said about two weeks after, everything between him and Venus came to a head. "She owed me $3,000 for my services. That was money that had accumulated over two months. I was patient with her."

DK says he got the usual excuses. "Okay, I'll wait." According to DK, Venus swore she was going to settle the matter before she left for Vegas. "She didn't and that was the straw that broke the camel's back," he says. "Plus I was managing her money. She had screwed up her bank account because she can't count. She doesn't know that four plus four equals eight. She went from $20,000 in her Bank of America account five months ago to 'negative' $1800 [apparently that's what Venus owes them]. And you're making six, seven grand a week doing movies that doesn't include all the escorting."

DK tells another story about Venus having bought a car from her father-in-law. "She went into partnership with him and bought this $60,000 Yukon. She put up $10,000, drove it for about three weeks. He took it back because she practically destroyed the car. Then she blamed him going he owes me ten grand and stole ten grand from me."

DK said he asked her why she'd do that. Why not buy a car on her own? DK says he had to deal with all the drama. In exchange for the Yukon, the father-in-law supposedly gave Venus his 1998 Ford Explorer and $4500. "But she's saying how he fucked her over. She makes the worst business decisions on the planet."

According to DK, Venus' bank account was such a mess that Mark Spiegler had to get her a checking account. "He's got a lot of pull at his bank. So when he was representing her, he got her an account to help her out. Well, she screwed that up. Like, I said, she just can't count."

That's when Venus asked him, says DK, to funnel money through his own business account. "I thought it would be fine but as fast as we were putting it in, she was spending it. Not only did she put all her funds through my business account, but I had to use my credit card to pay for her hotels, to book car rentals, air fares, stuff like that. She was spending money like water as fast as I'd put it in."

DK says Venus will go to the mall and spend money without consequence. "Then it started fucking up my account," he said. DK mentions that he had to meet her in New York for business to collect money. "If I don't meet her in New York, I'm never going to get paid," he tells me. While she was in Europe, DK says Venus had to give Mark Spiegler $1,000 to hold for her. "So she wouldn't lose it because she can't even keep track of a pair of cigarettes. Ask him how she behaved in Europe. But she claims they had a blow out because he was in love with her and he wanted her to cuddle at night with him. That's what she was claiming when she got back. I really, really, didn't believe that."

DK claims Venus spent money over in Europe like a drunken sailor, then called him from Europe. "She called from Barcelona at the airport. She misses a flight, calls me up. DK, what am I going to do? I over slept and then wouldn't let me get on the plane. I'm hungry. I'm broke. Do something." DK said he started making phone calls in an attempt to help her. "It was pure drama."

DK is basically saying he can't believe the lengths that he went to on Venus' behalf and that his worst mistake was agreeing to manage her money. "It was a nightmare."

"She spends all her money on unintelligent, frivolous, wasteful things," says DK. "She bought two used laptops from friends and they were both garbage and they both took a dump. I could go on and on and on." DK says things were a lot different when he was just her agent and not business manager.

"The only thing I had to deal with was her psycho boyfriend. That guy is a piece of work. That guy would stalk her, listen to all of her voice mail messages on her cellphone. He'd call up Sprint, get her password and check all of her messages. He'd follow her and would call me up asking for hookers because they had a dysfunctional sexual relationship."

After the Spiegler fallout, DK says Venus called him asking if DK would put in a good word for her with L.A. Direct. "I told them she was interested in being repped. They said they'd love to rep Venus. She signed up with them and has been with them- I'd say- three months. Now they have fired her. There's a pattern here. I could have fired her a couple of time but didn't because I loved her. She was a dear friend."
