Not one to mince words or absinthe, the Vizier tells me that Kevin Kline, who used to be an agent with LA Direct, has left Direct to start his own which is called Type 9. Kline’s apparently moving into the Anabolic building.

Even more surprising is the fact that Derek is moving LA Direct in with Vivid. The deal is Vivid gets first shot at all the new LA Direct girls. Then it was last month that Rob Spallone moved his agency, Star World Modeling, into the Red Light District building.

The Vizier is all over the place with news. His suspicions are that Kurt Lockwood never moved to Spain, as the story was reported, to live with a pregnant girlfriend. The Vizier thinks Lockwood was having money problems and skipped town to live back in Baltimore where he’s from, to dodge some people he owed.

Another performer that’s been on porn’s MIA list is Lauren Phoenix. According to what the Vizier has heard, Phoenix moved back to Canada, subscribed to the whole Shelley Lubben born again-thing and is now trying to get into the Peace Corps.

The Vizier also tells me that Brian Surewood’s preliminary hearing is now scheduled for March 17 and that Surewood, just hit with an additional charge, has been placing frantic calls to his attorney to find out exactly what they are.

Surewood’s been in protective custody nearly six months but stands a very good chance of walking away from vehicular manslaughter charges. The added charge at this late date probably means that the prosecution is standing weak in their case. It was Surewood who called 911 while the other driver in the road rage incident, Armando Ayon, hit a parked car that crushed and killed a young boy last October. A police report states that Surewood was going 40 mph and Ayon, 60 mph at the time when the incident occurred on Sherman Way in Reseda.

The Vizier says word is it that MILF Sofia Soleil was dropped from Rob Spallone’s agency when her name showed up in a piece I wrote about Jim South’s open house. Soleil who evidently was agency shopping that afternoon was supposedly on the outs anyway, and this was considered a third strike. According to the Vizier’s information, Soleil’s drama stemmed from a shoot for Jim Powers.

“She got an early morning call time and the deal was she and another MILF were going to do boy-girl scenes, then work with one another,” the Vizier explains.

“Apparently she decides to go out with friends for dinner the night before,” the Vizier continues. “She has an 8 am call time. Instead, Soleil partied all night, stayed up and went straight to the shoot. She could barely stay awake and was incoherent. Johnny Thrust who was scheduled to work with her, refused to do so. And the other MILF didn’t want to work with her, either.”
