Porn Valley- This morning The Grand Vizier and I shared eggs rancheros, French cigarettes and turkish taffy.
The Vizier’s talking about some recent threads on XPT, www.xxxporntalk.com concerning Johnny Thrust and was wondering whether Thrust had given Skeeter Kerkove the $900 he owes him. I said not that I’m aware of, that Thrust said he was going to give me a check to give to Skeeter but I haven’t heard anything.
“One time on a JM shoot Jack Hammer beat Johnny Thrust up,” The Vizier tells me. “Jack Hammer came on a Jim Powers set. He had a fit because Johnny’s kid was kept in a car and he beat Johnny up. He freaked out about the kid.”
The Vizier has more to say and I know he’s playing with me.
“That rumored deal between Jim ‘Pee for Free’ Powers and Naughty America apparently fell through,” he goes on to say. At this news I’m shocked.
“They apparently don’t want the drama,” says The Vizier. “Matt Holder’s in. Jim is out.”
“Jim ‘Pee for Free’ Powers also shot Sunday using the smallest crew he’s ever had,” continues The Vizier. “He shot at some guy named Mario’s house, and Mario besides providing the location, performed in a scene and shot stills. So Powers is starting to shoot on the real cheap. Maybe he’s feeling the Skeeter crunch.
“And did you know he was calling around asking people for information about Skeeter’s shoot Saturday? He wanted to know what Skeeter had in his refrigerator to see if Skeeter was going to rip off David Sturman. Did you know that Jim shoots for Bacchus? A lot of people don’t know that.”
I asked The Vizier why he kept referring to Powers as “Pee for Free”.
“Jim gets girls to pee for free on his shoots then turns around and sells it as brand new product,” explains the Vizier. “Ask Skeeter about it. Bridgette Kerkove did it twice for JM Productions and was paid nothing for it even though one time it took her 30 minutes to accomplish the task.”
The Vizier also asks me a question about Amy Reid, wondering how she’s able to work with Chef Jeff on his ibangpornstars.com website if she’s under contract. I said I didn’t know anything about that.
“It was only six or eight months ago that she was exclusive with Third Degree,” swears The Vizier. “I wonder if there’s a story there.”
I tell the Vizier that Reid was on KSEX once two years ago stating she would never sign a contract and at the time was doing boy-girl scenes for $2,000.
The Vizier then asks me about the legal action Greg Valentine was supposed to be taking against Nectar. Again, I fessed to ignorance on the status of that situation, telling the Vizier I didn’t realize Wednesday morning’s breakfast was going to be a quiz.
The Vizer had one more goodie to dispense.
“Did you know that some KSEX people were getting 1099’s even though they weren’t paid wages?” he asks. “It happened to Lynn LeMay. And during KSEX’s last days Soxx, who singlehandedly managed the entire technical side of the station, was graciously awarded all of the furniture in the studio in lieu of a last paycheck or any severance pay. Jon Belinkie, knowing Soxx has a huge mortgage to pay, and a family to take care of, leaves the guy furniture to sell. But I’m sure you’ll here more of that story.”
