My nomination would be the Pink Eye series by Notorious. The whole theme of the series is guys cumming in the eyes of chicks who actually hold their eyes open with their fingers to receive the cum shots without blinking. From what I hear, the only conceivable attraction of this series is the eye cum, because other than that it mainly consists of ugly talent giving badly filmed blow-jobs.

I recently saw Gag Factor 16 and although it had some cute girls in it, the movie was basically ruined by over the top throat fucking and total disregard for the female's comfort levels.
