Louisiana- Bossier deputies have arrested a woman for obscenity after she reportedly rode a boat topless and cursed officials as they tried to arrest her.
Christie Hemler Semeraro, 37, of the 1600 block of Bradley Road in Bossier City, was taken into custody Sunday after deputies with the Bossier Sheriff’s Marine Patrol were dispatched to Dixon Beach on the Red River, about a mile south of the Jimmie Davis Bridge.
When they arrived, a topless Semararo was riding in a boat with six other adults in full view of people on the river and the beach. While she was being arrested, she became verbally abusive and cursed the deputies.
Semeraro was booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility and was released Monday on a $5,150 bond, deputies said.
