Virginia- A trial date in the obscenity case against Staunton adult video store-owner Rick Krial [pictured left] and one of his clerks will likely be set this morning in a 10:30 am circuit court hearing.

Krial, owner of After Hours Video, and Tinsley William Embry, an employee there, are both facing felony charges for DVDs sold to undercover Staunton police officers at the store.

Krial is locally represented by attorney Tate C. Love, but has also enlisted the services of high-profile first amendment lawyer Paul Cambria, Jr. in the case, which will center on whether or not the DVDs sold in the store qualify as obscene under Virginia law.
