Who in their right mind hires a party clown named Trim-Trim? Wasn’t their a hint?

FONTANA, Calif.—A man who worked as Trim-Trim the Clown at children’s birthday parties has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for continuous sexual abuse of two teenage girls.

David Albert Lemus, who appeared at parties in white pancake makeup, floppy shoes and a red wig and nose until his arrest in 2005, received the sentence Friday as part of a plea agreement that he struck with prosecutors.

He later tried to withdraw his guilty plea, saying that he signed it under duress, but San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge Jon Ferguson refused to let him renege.

Lemus was convicted of sexually abusing two girls, ages 12 and 14 at the time of his arrest, over five years.
