In the latest issue of Playboy Magazine, the October issue that subscribers got yesterday, in the 'Grapevine' section (the black and white bit at the back), they have a couple of pictures of actress Lindsay Lohan out on the town with her top falling down and her breast falling out.
The problem with that? She turned 18 in July (even had a website counting down until the day she was legal).
But the pictures that Playboy published and sold to the public were also circulating on the Internet for months before Lindsay turned 18. Which makes her underage. Which makes Playboy guilty of distributing salacious pictures of a minor through the U.S. Mail.
Any thoughts on this?
