Update: JWoww’s Ex: I Wasn’t Going to Sell Naked Photos!

from www.eonline.com – These just weren’t the kind of shots Jenni “JWoww” Farley could get onboard with.

But after the Jersey Shore star obtained an injunction today preventing her ex-boyfriend from selling year-old nude photos of her, he exclusively told E! News that he wasn’t planning on peddling the pics in the first place.

Whadda ya mean?!

“She concocted this whole ordeal herself due to the insecurities of me possessing such photos,” said her ex, Thomas Lippolis, who sued JWoww last month for money he claims he’s owed for serving as her manager.

“We knew all along that the release of the photos would affect the original lawsuit regarding my unpaid management fees…This is exactly how my team anticipated this would pan out, and we are looking forward to going to arbitration to recover the money that is rightfully mine that would otherwise never have been paid.”

Meaning, JWoww created a “don’t you sell those photos!” diversion?

More or less, according to Lippolis’ attorney, Jeffrey Baum.

“All we are looking for is to be compensated for what [Lippolis] did,” said Baum. “She then moves for a temporary restraining order restraining us from releasing these photos. This has nothing to do with what are claiming.”

“She is just trying to divert the issue,” he continued. “Everyone is jumping all over that we cant sell these photos, but we weren’t even looking into. She has never denied that there is a contract. She’s gotten all the media in frenzy and makes my client look like he is down and out.”

Nevertheless, JWoww obtained an injunction from a New York judge after arguing that Lippolis took the racy pics of her while she was under the effects of anesthesia before and after having surgery last February.

For his part, Lippolis maintains that the MTV star was a willing participant in the photo shoot. And though he says he didn’t intend to sell them anyway, he said in court that putting the photos on the open market wouldn’t damage his ex’s reputation, considering she had already voiced her desire to be in Playboy.
