Van Nuys, CA – Vantage Distribution announces a new studio to their impressive roster, taking on worldwide distribution rights for award-winning gay studio, ASG Entertainment. ASG plans to street two movies per month through Vantage, with the possibility of increasing the schedule in 2010.

The distribution partnership starts this month with the release of a revamped and expanded version of ASG’s first title, now called South Beach Diaries: Exposed. The early version was applauded industry-wide after its release earlier in 2009; South Beach Diaries was even up for five GAYVN awards, an impressive beginning for the fledgling studio! Now, the new DVD, South Beach Diaries: Exposed, has brand new scenes, an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the filming of the title, new boxcover artwork, and some very intimate moments between former ASG exclusives Brad Star and Angel Skye. Plus, the new Exposed edition comes in a 2-disc collector’s set!

“For the first movie out the gate for ASG, that’s a big deal that the movie garnered a nod from editors at GAYVN,” says David Gross, head of sales for Vantage. The movie’s nominations included: Best Actor & Best Solo Performance (for star performer Brad Star), Best HD Feature, and Best Marketing.

ASG was founded last summer, and is based in New Jersey, though most of the studios scenes are shot in South Florida. “There are about a dozen movies shot and edited, and ready to go out, plus the producers over at ASG are filming new content every week. We’re excited they’re on board, and we can’t wait to see the response we get from buyers. The studio will continue to produce cutting-edge and HD gay content, with stellar stars and intense, hardcore action. Fans definitely won’t be disappointed,” adds Gross.
