Los Angeles- Milwaukee born Victoria Rae Black is brewing up a storm. This 5'9 super vixen, has been busy. Miss Black was also one of the many talented performers which helped to earn Earl Miller's Pictures a coveted AVN Award this year. The 40th anniversary project was a huge success, with not only fans, but with Earl himself stating:
