"She's made the most news because she's pretty much the one," said Wankus. "Her name got out there the most because she was the first one of the female persuasion to be notified she had the HIV virus."
Wankus said rumor had it that she was suing TT Boy for $10 million and that he had been reading the story on a few adult websites. "Most of the sites suck...no offense, It's true. Sometimes, they get their info from a friend and put it up there anyway. Unlike some other websites who I've seen research. I'm not saying they all don't research...maybe they do. Most take an e-mail and put it up. That's what they do in the adult press. Thank you very much. I heard a good friend of mine once say, what is adult press? What is adult journalism? Wankus said the scary thing about the Roxx story is that people are already offering conjecture. "People are saying that this bitch will probably win this suit. Not ten million, but will win something in this suit. That she did a double anal scene of some sort. Wankus likened the whole thing to the Kobe case. "In this respect," he explained. "Dirt will come out to discredit HER during this suit that she's allegedly filing. It was co-ho Katie Morgan's opinion that Roxx doesn't have a suit. "There's no pain and suffering. They were there voluntarily. The only thing they could probably be liable for, for the money, is fraudulent negligence and the breaking of a verbal contract. Because it's basically a verbal contract saying we test at AIM- this is who we work with..."
From the information Wankus had, Roxx saw the test of another guy she worked with [Marc Anthony] but she never saw the test of Darren James. "Technically that could be thrown at the producer of the video, but at the same time her suit is stupid because she's now saying that the people were negligent of the producing of the video, but at the same time she saw one test but never asked for another. So she's kind of negligent."
Clarifying her point, Morgan was of the opinion that Roxx can't sue because "she is also negligent."
"They worked with her, too, in Canada on ELIZA tests," Morgan continued. "Which is the same thing as them working in Brazil on ELIZA tests. So she's guilty of the same thing." Wankus saw Roxx as playing the I didn't know card, the I'm the dumb, cute little girl and oh my God, I got taken advantage of by Porn Valley.
Wankus said if you saw the pictures from the shoot, Roxx wasn't someone naive. "She showed up to the shoot with boils on her ass bigger than a Herpe palace, if you know what I'm sayin'. Wankus said there's a theory [which I certainly agree with] that Lara Roxx brought the fuckin' HIV virus into the community. It wasn't Darren James.
"That's a part of the theory," he said. "I don't know. We also heard Sharon from AIM admit that Darren acted inappropriately and with some immature behavior down in Brazil. What that means, I don't know. It could mean on a set he didn't check a test and fucked a girl. It could mean- and it was also alleged- that he was also hanging out at the tranny cathouses and banging people with no condoms. Which I heard but that doesn't mean it's true. But when you have Sharon, the basic authority in the AIM community, telling you that he acted inappropriately and irresponsibly in the Brazil-type region..."

Continuing, Wankus said, there were a lot of angles, and it was going to be hard to prove. Wankus then referred to the incident in which Roxx called from a Sepulveda hotel room. "Here to the studio to someone who was a guest on the show using his cell phone asking for tricks so she could get a flight home. She was calling around looking for tricks the night she was told she had HIV. I was here when they said you want to talk to her. She was on the fucking phone being a little cunt.
"I've got nothing against her," Wankus continued. "I've got nothing against Darren James. Let's stop playing a game. Go on with your life. Direct, do whatever you want to do. You want to take advantage of the porn world? Do what everybody else is doing. Direct get involved producing. Do other things and make money out of the porn world. People will courtesy fucking hire you.
"And where the fuck is Darren James," Wankus asked. "How come I haven't heard from you? I heard from Miss Arroyo. It was a very crazy conversation but I still heard from her. If you want to make a statement based on your fucking woes then make a statement. Come back into the industry and make some money off of us. Come do something productive. Help the industry. Go to AIM and say- you know what - let's work on a new program together to make it even more safe. Do something. Don't sue the industry and close the doors of a lot of good people that are actually doing good things. And I'm not talking about the double-anal, fucking anal milkshake crap, either.
