Porn Valley- A little birdie tells me that Seth Warshavsky the deposed Internet kingpin from Seattle and the brains behind the Pamela Anderson-Tommy Lee tape may also be the brains behind the Cameron Diaz one.

Paris Hilton tape guy Kevin Blatt who’s been in the thick of the Diaz tape controversy is scheduled to be on Dee & The Fatmen tomorrow night on KSEX, www.ksexradio.com to add his two cents.

From what I’m hearing, Diaz, as we speak, is in the courtroom with photographer John Rutter who shot the tape back in 1992. There’s buzz about a plea bargain. A year ago Rutter apparently went to Diaz’s attorneys Lavelly & Singer in Century claiming that a European ad agency was making an offer for the pics and video of Diaz and would they be interested in making a counter offer. Rutter would sell what he had for $1 million. According to word on the street, as soon as Rutter left the attorneys’ office after what was characterized as a civil meeting and returned home in Santa Monica, he was met by a SWAT team. They raided his house and Rutter was subsequently locked in solitary for two months. Also adding intrigue to the story is the fact that Rutter had forged Diaz’s name to the model releases.

Tomorrow KB might talk about how he got implicated in the marketing of the Diaz tape and set up by the Russians who ran Scandal-Inc.com. Blatt was assured by the Russians that they owned the copyrights to the tape. Or so he thought. With money in his account and his name attached to press release he hadn’t been aware of, Blatt subsequently got a cease and desist from Lavelly & Singer. But the fact that they’re also attorneys for Rick Salomon, now a buddy of Blatt’s also helped resolve issues.
