ORLANDO — The operators of ExposedExGFS.com and KinkyGFS.com have been hit with a federal lawsuit for allegedly republishing child porn images poached from an online message board, according to a story reported by www.xbiz.com.

Also included in the suit, filed at U.S. District Court in Orlando, were SickBucks.com, which operates KinkyGFS.com; processor Jettis and its 365Billing.com unit, as well as NetBilling. The suit also names Moniker Privacy Services and Whois Privacy Protection. The suit also names Nathaniel Fry, who allegedly was involved in shooting the sexually explicit photos.

Plaintiff Jane Doe in the suit says she was 15 at the time when she was photographed in numerous sexual poses. Doe also claims the commercial adult websites republished the photos after they were widely trafficked on online message board 4chan.org.

The suit further states that the defendant websites published the images without taking time to obtain or inspect the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records, and had they done so, the photos featuring sexually explicit conduct would not have been published for profit on their commercial websites.

According to details of the suit suit, Doe met photographer Fry on MySpace.com where they communicated through AOL Instant Messenger. Doe, who lived in Seminole, Fla., later traveled to Sacramento where Fry, 18 at the time, shot POV photos of her performing oral sex on him.

The photos were time stamped 4/1/07 and were uploaded to a section on 4chan.org.

Doe's co-workers later viewed the photos on numerous websites. They told Doe that they saw her in poses on SeeMyGF.com, which subsequently removed the photographs. The photographs, however, made their way to other sites, including the two defendant websites named in the suit. Doe filed her claim against the defendants on Friday in Orlando.

The suit seeks an injunction against posting Doe's material, as well as damages for pain and suffering and attorneys’ fees.
