As we noted with our reading on Kylie Ireland, several porn celebrities began their careers by working as clerks in video stores. Jules Jordan is another.

In Jordan’s case he wound up getting a producing-directing gig from Pleasure Productions/IVD and went on to make a zillion dollars. You could do things like that back in porn’s heyday. Meanwhile, XRCO has named Jordan Director of the Year on a couple of occasions, as well as AVN.
