DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – What was supposed to be a massive topless protest turned out to be a bust.The streets were crammed with oglers hoping to catch a glimpse of the hundreds of bare-breasted women organizers said would turn out to protest public nudity laws.

But only 20 people showed and the woman who organized the march was busted when she pulled a double Janet Jackson and let both breasts breathe free.

Elizabeth Book, 42, of Ormond Beach, Fla., was released from jail after she was fined $253.

The protest was held on the last day of Bike Week, the annual gathering of motorcycle aficionados. It featured several men who took off their shirts. But, try as they may, they were not arrested.
