I'm also finding out that this character's developing quite a track record with other companies in the industry.
But before I get to that, there's this other story about how he sent his salesgirl to the Berlin Show on a company credit card then had her kicked out of the hotel she was staying at. I'm sure there's more to this story. But from what I'm told, the salesgirl arrives in Berlin and is at the hotel. The owner calls her accusing her of illegally using his credit card to go to Berlin. He then has her kicked out of the hotel. So she had to put it all on her own credit card to stay to figure out a way to get home.
The hotel came knocking on her door saying they were told the company credit card she was using had been stolen and she needed to leave the next hour. That's when she produced her own saying her boss was an asshole, she can't explain the whole story but that she's staying. She then made calls to other people to say she thought her former boss was going to hurt her. She and her family were allegedly threatened and her car window was subsequently broken.
The person to whom this story was told [XXX] was also doing business with the guy and received the following communique: "I'm FUCKING SICK of playing games with you. Your buisness is about to come to and end unless you pay me for the 600 dvds i sent on your behalf to yoyur customers. IVE FUCKING HAD it with everyone contacting me saying we paid [so and so]. I want you to copy this and send it to your lawyer.. IM COMING TO YOU< IM GONNA FIND YOU AND IM GOING TO FUCK YOU UP. I diont give a fuck if i spend the rest of my life in jail. IM tired of working everyday anyway.
You may get last laugh with me and jail but I swear on my mothers life you will pay fr ripping me off. I will see you sometime next week If i dont see a payment of $2500 on or before Friday. Oh yeah lets not forget im going to AVN with all the evifdence against you. People throughout the industry know youre a scamming fuck. THis is going public now."
Gene adds: The person that received this threatening e-mail went to the police with it. A restraining order has been filed, I hear. I'm also told that on at least one occasion he sexually assaulted a girl. I heard this happened in Vegas.
