From www.wsmv.com- Rebecca Bargy, 26, was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide, which carries a penalty of two to four years in prison.
Bargy faced second-degree murder charges for binding and gagging her husband during a sex game and leaving him alone for 20 hours. Authorities said she left him while she was away with a boyfriend she had met on a social networking Web site.
Prosecutors said James Bargy, 29, suffocated after being gagged and bound with duct tape in April 2008.
For the charge of second-degree murder, which would carry 25 years in prison, she was found not guilty. She was also found not guilty of a charge of reckless homicide.
