KSEX p-jay Tera Patrick announced on her show Wednesday night that she was now a Vivid girl. In a surprising turn of events proceeded by a year of legal wrangling with her former video company, Digital Playground, Patrick’s husband Evan Seinfeld also announced on the air that the Digital dispute had also been settled.

“Tera’s no longer in any of her former contracts after a long, hard ordeal,” Seinfeld said. “We have only good news to report. Everyone’s fine; everything’s fine, happy and dandy. We’ve settled our things amicably.” Seinfeld also announced that he and Patrick were opening their own video company, Tera Vision. “We are being distributed by Vivid and Tera’s now, officially, a Vivid girl.”
