COLUMBUS, Ohio — A man who used his cell phone to take pictures up a young girl’s skirt with his cell phone will not go to jail, NBC 4 reported. Daniel Reinker was sentenced Tuesday to three years of probation.

Reinker pleaded guilty in January to one count of voyeurism and tampering with evidence. He was arrested last year after the girl’s mother caught him taking the pictures.

Reinker also was labeled a sexual-oriented offender, which means he must register with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for the next 10 years.
