from www.lvrj.com – Porn star Jenna Haze called me while I was at a CES event last week. I hung up and bragged to men around me, “That was Jenna Haze,” and they exclaimed things, like, “No way!”

Haze is incredibly famous in the adult industry. But what’s more incredible is how happy and humble she is.

I talked to her the next day, and she was as grateful and floored as ever to be a star.

“It’s crazy that I have fans. I have fans!” she said and laughed as if she still couldn’t believe it.

To tell the truth, most porn stars are as approachable as Haze. They’re not like certain Hollywood movie stars that don’t like to meet people in public.

“No matter what,” Haze says, “it’s always cool to have anybody come up to you and say, ‘Oh my God, you’re Jenna, can I get a picture?’

“I never thought I’d have people coming up to me randomly, or host amazing parties at clubs in Vegas. Life’s good.”

Haze isn’t a porn faker, either.

“I’m a lot more open and into sex than the average woman,” she says. “I definitely have a higher sex drive.”

She thinks that’s because she was reared not to be sex shy.

“My mom raised me to be very open. When I was a little girl, she said, ‘When you’re ready to have sex, you come and tell me.’ ”

She says she also may have been influenced by Madonna, when Haze was a little girl.

“I watched this beautiful woman be in charge of her sexuality. Maybe that kind of exposure, to things like that on television, molded me into being a strong woman in charge of my sexuality.”

She and the rest of the porn world will be at the Hard Rock Hotel on Saturday for the Adult Video News Awards ($300-$1,000).
