It's a very complicated tangle, and a new knot emerged today in the Bieyanka Moore kiddie porn case.
Moore, who was 15 at the time, shot a movie last year called Cum Fiesta for the Miami-based Reality Kings. It wound up on the Internet and Moore's mother sued. Reality Kings has since taken the movie down and is trying to distance itself as much as possible from the events.
Some character named Chris Commando is being held responsible for bringing Moore, who was using fake ID stolen from a Las Vegas stripper, into this mess and then performing with her which is also raising all kinds of statutory rape issues.
This week Miami New Times reports that Moore's movie is still being made available via Moniker Privacy Services through at least five different adult websites. Moniker, a whois proxy service, is a registrant of domain names and is a subsidiary of Oversee.net, one of the largest Internet real estate holders in the world.
Which also begs the question as to how they can be held directly accountable in this case....
