Maybe it was the last minute IRS panic, but the Bieyanka Moore story has petered out so to speak, leaving us, like an old Saturday afternoon serial, with several cliffhangers.

Moore, aka Charrida Smalley, is an underaged runaway from Las Vegas who shot a sex video for Reality Kings in Florida. Smalley, passing herself off as 19, claims she isn’t a runaway but everyone seems to think she is, including a website, www.nevadachildseekers.org that posts information about runaways, which is how all this nonsense got started.

And that’s how it was discovered that Smalley was supposed to have lifted ID from a Vegas stripper and club promoter named Tyler Chanel Evans. Like most porn-scandal stories, this one gets involved, and you’ll get a headache from all the details.

Evans first met Charrida Smalley after finding her homeless on the streets in Las Vegas. Evans is saying she didn’t know Moore/Smalley was 15 and a runaway at the time. Somehow, some way, Smalley got her hands on Evans’ out of date IDs and parlayed them into valid current ones including, a Las Vegas learner’s permit and Social Security number.

Smalley’s mother, Sherrita, has filed suit against Reality Kings, aka RK Netmedia, claiming that her underage daughter and Bieyanka Moore are one and the same — thus constituting sexual battery, statutory rape, and child pornography. Charrida Smalley’s currently in custody in Nevada.

This week a few other spicy ingredients were added to the legal jambalaya. Sherrita Smalley’s attorney Mark A. Glassman identified another party involved in the lawsuit, LLL Advertising, Inc.

While it was Reality Kings who distributed the Bieyanka movie, it was LLL’s owner “Icey” Mike Imber who allegedly produced it.

If you’re not up on your Mixed Martial Arts, Icey [why the e’s put in there is beyond us] Mike is also the manager of Kevin Ferguson, better known as Kimbo Slice. Kimbo, besides beating guys to a pulp in the octagon, serves as a bodyguard and chauffeur for Reality Kings, which served as his entourage when his ring career was more active. Slice hasn’t had a fight in nearly a year.

Imber, on the other hand, is described as “a publicity-averse Miami character” whose LLL Advertising has a long working history with RK. Imber may become more publicity adverse as this story progresses. Another character also emerges. He goes by Chris Commando, and we’ll bet, this isn’t his real name.

Commando, who obviously draws his inspiration from another MMA fuck knuckle named War Machine, dabbles in both gay and straight porn, and that would put him up for the Derrick Burts Award. Commando allegedly worked with Moore in the video and was the one allegedly responsible for signing her up.

Because Reality Kings is attempting to distance themselves in all ways possible from this sordid mess, the guess is Commando’s going to be thrown under the bus, and if any of him is left over, fed to the wolves.

But, for now, this is where it all stands.
