Ohio- The Tri-state adult bookstore owner convicted of pandering obscenity was sentenced Friday to two years probation.

Shawn Jenkins, who owns Tip-Top Magazines on Vine Street in Corryville, was convicted earlier this month.

Jenkins was tried three times on the same charge. A judge declared a mistrial during the last trial after jurors fell asleep or looked away while watching the sexually explicit videotapes.
