Lemmon was returning to his Utah home from a business trip when he rolled his Jeep across several lanes of traffic on a highway, apparently killing him instantly, his wife said on her Web site Sunday.
She could not be reached for comment. According to police, the single-car accident took place around 9:30 Saturday night near Las Vegas.
“There was an RN (registered nurse) in the car behind him. She tried to help Don, but there was nothing she could do. I can only hope it means he died quickly and maybe painlessly,” she wrote.
“He’s never coming back to me. My husband, my soulmate, my other half. The one I was meant to grow with. I’m almost eight months pregnant with a son he will never get to see and I have a one-year-old daughter who will never be able to remember anything about her father.”
Bud Lee, AVN Hall of Fame member and Carrera’s ex-husband, was at her side Monday, assisting her with funeral arrangements.
“She’s devastated. There’s no doubt about it. She and Don were extremely close. They were best friends and you couldn’t see one without the other, so it’s a terrible loss,” Lee said.
“Her fans have really responded and she’s very appreciative of their support.”
Lee said Carrera, 32, will hold a private memorial service and will have his remains cremated.

Carrera joined the industry in 1993, starring in more than 200 titles. She retired in December 2003 to raise a family.

Rebecca Linares was booked for the 11th and when we called on tues to confirm whether she retested we were told that she had tested and and assistant named Ceaser told us that she was good to go for the 11th. We said are u sure because we are going to cancel another girl so we can have Rebecca on the box and he said she can do the scene. So we cancelled the other girl on wed (so she could book something else) and then GUESS WHAT??? #1 models calls on friday 5:25pm to cancel the sunday box/shoot. If the girl retested on Monday and the results werent in yet and lets say we were given BAD info on tuesday WHY would it take till friday for them to cancel??????
This is a new agency and I have never used them before so I didnt know how unreliable they would be. Directors beware!!!! You will be wasting time here.

Everyone was a lil irritated on the set due to a previous rescheduling which first contact wasnt a good one as I requested her to be camera ready when I arrived to Jennie Peppers location to shoot. Once I hit the door the clock started and I was expecting Coco to come on out but she didnt, she was still in make up, was in the shower when I called, not to mention I had to run back to Granada Hills to get my wallet cause I left it so she had lots of more time to get ready, so when I go there she was still in make up, wow, then once she finished that about 30 minutes of more wasted time, she comes out asking about which outfit to wear.
OMG I asked for her to be camera ready. So 45 minutes into waiting I decided to cancel the shoot and do it another time if at all. So it was agreed that we do it a couple of days later and she promises to be ready. OK cool, so we rescheduled it and she was on time this time and ready to go, good, however i told Dino to tell her the shoot was at 12 but it was actually scheduled for 1 just to attempt to prevent the bullshit. But she was there on time and ready to go. Once I arrived we got ready to roll and timing was good. Before the shoot began she was a lil irritated about getting wet cause I wanted to shoot a tub scene but she got over it and we proceeded. The we stop after the cam gets to rollin and she makes a point to ensure he doesnt perform oral on her, WHAT, are you serious, so that was an issue but we rolled on, then during the shoot Dino lost wood many times etc I dont know if it was her or if it was just the whole vibe in the room or shit being carried over from the previous date. I may work with her again as well, I dont know. But thought I would share the experience here on PSP.

She has a sort of jump out at you personality which isnt bad but Im not used to those types. Anyways, once Nick arrives I believe she may have said 2 words to him and it was like what the hell is her deal. We had to stop many times during the shoot cause her and Nick just wasnt getting along and it wasnt Nick it was her. I think she has something against white guys or something I dont know, the shoot was fine other than this plain ass look she has on her face the entire shoot. I mean can we see some fuck faces here some dirty talk that sounds legit. I cant really pin-point if I should suggest anyone to book her or not, so hopefully some of you have shot with her already and have already made your decision. Me on the other hand I may give her another shot.
