Arizona- When a local 10,000-square-foot mansion sells for $6.8 million, the deal gets attention - even in well-heeled Paradise Valley.

That's particularly true when Cable Rosenberg buys it.

The Arizona Republic profiled Rosenberg earlier this year when he put his $12 million Chandler home on the market. It is one of the most expensive homes in the southeast Valley. His fortune appears tied to Internet porn sites and movie-production companies.

Paradise Valley is not an adult-entertainment haven.

To help Rosenberg adjust, The Buzz called Jay Grdina, ex-husband of porn superstar Jenna Jameson.

Grdina has lived in town for the past six years and knows how adult-entertainment executives can be stereotyped in moneyed neighborhoods.

"Everyone thinks that we have massive orgies, but we only have those on Saturdays," he joked.

Grdina, acting president of Club Jenna Inc. acquired by Playboy Enterprises Inc. in June 2006, advises:

• Don't shoot adult movies at home or in the neighborhood.

• Invite your neighbors to your parties. Make sure it's a high-class event with celebrities.

"I do a Christmas party with 300 people. It's a black-tie event," said Grdina. "Every one of my neighbors shows up."

He added, "I wouldn't live anywhere else. I absolutely love (Paradise Valley)."
