Porn Valley- When he was a performer fresh from Calgary, Erik Everhard wouldn't have known a lawsuit if it had three buttons, pin stripes and a zipper.
But now that he's a big time director, Everhard is suing his former company Red Light District. And Everhard's former company is, likewise suing him. Both actions had been filed within days of each other in Los Angeles Superior Court-North Valley District.
Everhard's suit is throwing out words like breach of contract, conversion, claim and delivery; accounting and unfair competition. Red Light's suit is returning serve with breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; fraudulent misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, and unfair competition.Â
Red Light is saying Everhard's claims are baseless and Everhard is saying he didn't get hit with the suit as yet but other than the allegations being unfounded and untrue is looking forward to defending himself.
