Santiago Steven Maese, 32, of Holladay, was charged with second-degree felony counts of engaging in a pattern of unlawful activity and money laundering, and four third-degree felony counts of exploitation of prostitution.
A 3rd District Court jury last year found Maese guilty of all charges except money laundering.
Maese faced a potential prison term of up to 30 years, but Judge Randall Skanchy suspended the prison time.
