Former erotic actress Teresa Scott made a fortune posing for Playboy magazine and starring in hundreds of XXX-rated lesbian and kinky sex films.
But last year Teresa, 32, saw the light during a meditation session and now spends her days praying and writing christian books.
Instead of being worshipped by her “legions of fans” she now serves up tea and biscuits at her local evangelical church.
Teresa said: “There were non-stop parties and endless sex sessions when I first became a model.
“I burned the candle at both ends and everything is a drunken blur when I look back.
“At the time it felt like I was living the dream. It was the kind of lifestyle that girls today dream about.
“I was never shy in front of the camera, in fact I was really good at it, but later on I didn’t feel happy taking my clothes off. ”
Teresa took the porn industry by storm after flying to America on the back of winning a beauty pageant when she was 17.
After that she made hundreds of sizzling films including ‘Teresa Scott: Unleashed’.
She even starred in her own show which saw her romp with other glamour girls during photo-shoots.
But eventually Teresa, from Nottingham, decided it was not for her after all – especially after she says GOD told her to cover up.
She said: “I was meditating and suddenly a voice called out ‘if you bring your life in line with what I have in store for you I will lead you down the garden path.’
“I knew there and then that my life had to take a different direction. I never stripped off again.
“Men loved me and I had legions of fans but every time I was at work I just kept thinking, ‘I’m not happy with myself for doing this’.”
As a porn star she had set up her own website called ‘Bondage Obsession’ where she posed in leather and chains while having steamy girl-on-girl sessions.
But a wave of relief came over her when she finally packed it in.
And she has even managed to patch things up with her parents Robert Wood, 61, and mum Lorraine, 66, who fell out with her over her porn career.
“My life’s been a 180 degree U-turn but I’m happy.
“I think my parents were pleased when I stopped – my mum had a great big smile on her face. My dad’s a very quiet man but I know inside he’s very happy.”
