NY- A madam who told the Daily News she runs "the friendliest, the nicest, the best" brothels in the city admitted it in court yesterday.

Julie Moya, 48, pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution in exchange for a promised prison term of 2-1/2 to 5 years. She will be sentenced on July 12.

As part of the plea deal before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Ambrecht, charges that she used underage hookers and drugs were dropped.

Moya adamantly denied using underage hookers in an interview with The News in January, days before turning herself in.

She also agreed to forfeit her Freeport, L.I., home, a Cadillac Escalade, a Chrysler and a bank account with $3,500, according to her lawyer, Daniel Ollen.

Moya, whose hooker ring advertised on the Web as Julie's of New York, infuriated cops by repeatedly agreeing to turn herself in, then delaying, telling the cops she had to find homes for the multitude of animals she kept at her house.

"She's disappointed in the outcome of jail time, but she sincerely feels vindicated in pleading only to what she did," Ollen said, noting that allegations that she employed 15-year-old hookers and used cocaine were dropped.
