Darrah Ford writes on www.scottfayner.com: Since last week when I reported something other than the usual continuance dance had occurred with Kayden Kross’ federal court hearings, I’ve asked a few people what the documents mean. Thank you everyone for all the help! I knew in a nutshell what it meant but wanted to make sure.
Kayden was first charged in Superior Court of California with Grand Theft (PC 487 (A) – Felony) and Real Estate Fraud (CCC1695.3 – Misdemeanor). The felony charge has now been dismissed while instead she will be pleading no contest to the misdemeanor. She’ll be back in court June 18 for a probation report & sentencing hearing.
It didn’t say anything yet about restitution and if Kayden will be buying the family of six a new home or pay back the equivalent. Though I’m sure the family rather have back the home they had lived in for the past 15 years.
So it seems Kayden Kross will walk with a mere slap on the wrist. While someone like Janine Lindemulder didn’t set out to intentionally hurt anyone. Janine is in prison and away from her children because she didn’t pay her taxes unlike Kayden who has been out partying and attending award shows having a great time.
I hope the people that still defend Kayden don’t ever fall back on their mortgage payments. I hope you can all sleep well at night in your homes and not have to worry about where you and your children will be sleeping next. Because you wouldn’t want to end up in the
