San Francisco- from www.sfexaminer.com – The Peninsula man accused of pimping his mentally disabled girlfriend has turned himself in, police said.

Nicholas Geranios, 27, allegedly advertised his 21-year-old girlfriend on various computer sites. Cops say he manipulated her into performing sexual acts throughout San Mateo County and stuffed the cash earnings in his own pocket.

Investigators caught onto the scheme and launched an investigation Sept. 15. Cops contacted Geranios’ girlfriend, who confirmed the abuse, police said.

During the investigation, Geranios, who resides in either Redwood City or South City, fled. He turned himself in Tuesday, police said Thursday.

He was charged with adult abuse, spousal abuse, pimping and pandering, cops said.
