from www.wafb.com - NAPOLEONVILLE, LA (WAFB) - A 51-year-old man is accused of forcing a mentally disabled woman to have sex with him.
According to the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office, Kenneth Falgoust of Napoleonville was arrested Tuesday.
He allegedly threatened to beat her if she did not comply with his wishes.
Detectives said the victim told them it had been going on for years.
The mentally retarded woman also reportedly stated Falgoust forced her to have sex with another man for money.
Deputies indicated she mentioned about four different occasions when that occurred.
Falgoust was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on aggravated rape and pandering charges.
Bond had not been set as of Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities reported they were notified about the alleged crimes by a case worker with Adult Protective Services.
Investigators did not release any information related to possible charges the other man might face.
