INDIANAPOLIS - from www.wishtv.com - A 53-year-old man is facing charges after police say he was watching porn while driving drunk early Wednesday morning.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officer Mike Leeper first noticed the vehicle as it crossed the center line several times. Leeper tried to stop the car at Washington and Illinois streets when the car went into reverse and crashed into his patrol car.
According to the police report, the driver, Gregory Green, was watching the pornographic video on a portable DVD player and slurred his words as he answered the officer’s question.
The report indicates Green had a blood alcohol content of .17, more than twice the legal limit.
Green was arrested on a charge of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
